SID Governing CouncilAbout the SID Governing CouncilAs the elected Board of Directors for SID, the Council is responsible for governing SID through the developing strategic plans and policies, making framework decisions, raising and managing financial resources, approving budgets, authorizing program implementation, and supervising SID staff. The SID Governing Council is elected by members via electronic voting every three years, ensuring that representation is reflective of SID's diverse international membership. Canada, through Christopher Braeuel (SID-OG former President), is currently representing the North American region on the Council for 2007-2010. The Council for 2007-2010
